A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to be the friendly face of our Farm Kitchen café; creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, delivering excellent customer service, crafting great drinks, and helping support diverse visitors in a community-focused setting that values high-quality, locally sourced food and care for people.
The Farm Kitchen serves visitors to the farm, members of the local community, as well as farm staff and volunteers. We also provide a supportive environment for young people, adults with learning disabilities, people living with dementia, and those experiencing mental health challenges. Our customers truly value the friendly, caring, and inclusive approach of our kitchen team. We are proud to serve high-quality food made with high-welfare meat and fresh ingredients grown on the farm and sourced from local suppliers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join the team and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety, presentation, and service. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly and sociable personality, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for food and catering. Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and previous hospitality experience (especially barista skills) is highly valued.
