Thanks to new start-up funding, we are launching an Out of School Club for local primary and early secondary age children. We are seeking an experienced manager to lead this delivery in our unique outdoor setting. You will have the opportunity to design and oversee creative play opportunities—from bushcraft to animal care—while ensuring the club remains safe, inclusive, and fully compliant with OFSTED and EYFS requirements.

Beyond delivery, you will play a vital role in the club's growth. This includes line-managing staff and volunteers, building trusting relationships with parents, and liaising with local schools and stakeholders. You will also help explore the expansion of the club and our existing holiday provision.

We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years, Childcare, or Playwork. You must have proven experience in managing childcare provision, a strong understanding of safeguarding, and a genuine willingness to work outdoors in all weathers. Experience supporting children with SEND and a Forest Skills qualification are also highly desirable.
