Hi - my name's Liz and I'm the new Learning Champion working in your local community. I cover the area from Heeley to Batemoor and Jordanthorpe including Abbeydale Road and Low Edges!

What’s my role?

• To help organize courses that you want to do, in your local area
• To offer advice about what courses and training might be helpful if you are looking for work or just want to keep your mind active and try something new
• To tell you about local learning  - for example free IT and Internet access, classes and  many other opportunities to encourage you to try something new, make friends and discover there’s a fun side to adult learning!
• To support you to overcome any difficulties you may have in joining or attending a course
